AI and call disclosure

How our voice assistants identify themselves and how call recording works.

Last updated September 30, 2026

It says it's an AI

Our assistants are set up to say they're an AI if a caller asks whether they're speaking with a person, and never to claim to be human.

Recording and transcripts

The demo tells you before the call starts that it will be recorded.

In systems we build, the client decides whether calls are recorded or transcribed, and is responsible for any notice or consent the law requires.

Handing off to people

Each client decides when the assistant should transfer a call, take a message or flag it as urgent.

What we don't build

We don't build systems that give medical, legal or financial advice, handle protected health information or take card payments. We don't currently set up outbound AI calling or text-message campaigns.
