Win back your time

Inquiries, bookings, follow-ups and records often live in different tools. We connect them so the busywork happens on its own.

FlowStar builds custom automations that connect the tools a service business already uses, such as forms, email, calendars, spreadsheets and CRMs. Common examples are sending new inquiries to the right person, following up on quotes and keeping records in sync. Each automation is scoped in writing before we build it.

What it does (not limited to)

  • Send new inquiries to the right place and person
  • Follow up on quotes and missed inquiries on a schedule
  • Keep spreadsheets, calendars and CRMs in sync
  • Turn form submissions into records, tasks and emails

What it won't do

  • Force you onto new software
  • Start work without an agreed written scope

How it works

  1. 1

    Map the workflow

Where information comes from, where it needs to go and who touches it along the way.

  2. 2

    Agree the scope

A written proposal saying exactly what will be automated.

  3. 3

    Build and test

Built with your real tools and tested on real examples before you rely on it.

  4. 4

    Hand over and support

We show you how it works. On the optional monthly plan, we also monitor it and update it as platforms or the business environment change.

Custom Automations: common questions

Tools such as Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Slack, SIP phone systems and CRMs. For anything else, we check on the first call and tell you plainly what can and can't connect. If the platform supports APIs, we can usually connect to it.

Each automation has one fixed price, agreed in writing in your proposal. There's no hourly billing.

Follow-ups go out on a schedule you set or immediately, so nothing waits on someone remembering to send them.
