FlowStar sets up an AI voice assistant on your business phone line. It answers with your business information, handles questions, books appointments or takes requests, follows up and passes callers to a person when your rules say so. If a caller asks, it says it's an AI. We build and test it with you; an optional monthly plan keeps it running.

What it does

  • Answers with your services, hours and service area
  • Asks the questions you'd ask: name, address, what's wrong, how urgent
  • Can send you a summary of every call by text or email
  • Books appointments in most major calendars, or takes the request for you to confirm
  • Transfers or flags urgent calls according to your rules

What it won't do

  • Claim to be a real person
  • Quote prices or diagnose problems unless you tell it to
  • Promise times you haven't approved
  • Provide information or advice outside its intended scope
