This policy explains how FlowStar LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”), collects and uses information through this website (flowstar.ai), our voice demo and our services.

When you use the website or the demo, we may collect:

• Your name, business name, website and email, and any optional details you share, like your role, company size, budget or revenue.
• Your IP address and a visitor cookie, which we use to prevent misuse.
• A recording and transcript of your demo call. You're told before the call starts that it will be recorded.
• Any rating or comment you leave after the demo.
• Booking details, whether you book on our scheduling page or during the demo call.
• Emails you send us.
• Usage data from Google Analytics, such as pages viewed and demo steps completed. We don't send your name, email or website to analytics.

We don't ask for health, payment or other sensitive information. Please don't share it in the demo.

• To run the demo and keep it from being misused.
• To reply to you, meet with you and prepare proposals.
• To improve the website and the demo.
• To send you occasional emails about our services, if you've given us your email.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run the website, the demo and our services, for hosting, voice and AI processing, data storage, bot protection, scheduling and website analytics (Google Analytics).
• With our professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants.
• When the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

Each provider follows its own terms and privacy policy.

The demo sets a cookie that recognizes your browser so we can limit misuse. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used. Our scheduling tool may set its own.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Our website doesn't respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

We keep demo details, recordings and transcripts for up to a year and then delete them, unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Email info@flowstar.ai to get a copy of your information, correct it or have it deleted, or to stop marketing emails.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or system is completely secure.

In the systems we build, each client decides what caller information is collected and how it's used, and we handle it on the client's behalf.

We'll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
