This website (flowstar.ai), the demo and our services are provided by FlowStar LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the website or the demo, you agree to these terms. We may suspend access to the website if it's misused.

If you've signed a proposal or agreement with us, it controls wherever it differs from these terms.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you represent.

We build and manage workflow automations and AI voice assistants for service businesses. The scope, fixed price, timeline and any optional monthly plan for each project are set out in a written proposal.

We don't build systems that give medical, legal or financial advice, handle protected health information or take card payments. We don't currently set up outbound AI calling or text-message campaigns.

• Give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work.
• Pay on time, as set out in your proposal.
• Name one person we can work with on decisions.
• Review and approve what your system says and does before it goes live.
• Follow the laws that apply to your calls, recordings and messages, including any notice or consent they require.

Your price and payment schedule are in your proposal. Usage fees and subscriptions your system needs aren't included. We share them with you, and you approve them before we build.

If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it's paid.

Your system may run on tools made by other companies. Their own terms apply, and we don't control their outages, changes or prices. Product names on this site belong to their owners, and naming a tool doesn't mean its maker endorses us.

Your accounts, credentials and data are yours.

Work we make only for your system becomes yours once it's paid in full. We transfer whatever rights we hold in it (some AI-generated material can't be copyrighted).

Our own prompts, templates, settings, workflows and methods stay ours. This covers anything we made before or outside your project, or reuse across clients. When they're part of your system, you can use and adjust them for your business, permanently. You can't resell them or share them outside your business.

Anything we publish freely can be used on the terms we publish it with.

AI can make mistakes. Check important answers, and tell us when something looks wrong.

Figures from our calculator are estimates based on the numbers you enter, not promises.

Except as your proposal states, our services are provided “as is”. We don't guarantee calls answered, appointments booked, revenue or return on investment. Results depend on things outside our control, such as your call volume, market, staffing and follow-up.

The demo is free and is built from the public website you enter. Only enter a business you own or are authorized to represent.

Demo calls are recorded. Don't share confidential, health, payment or other sensitive information. Our privacy policy explains how demo data is handled.

The demo is a quick preview, not a finished system, and it can give wrong answers. We may limit, change or stop it at any time, including to prevent misuse.

We each keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for our work together. This continues after the work ends.

We won't name your business or show your work publicly without your written permission.

To the extent the law allows, neither FlowStar LLC nor its members, employees or contractors are liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website, the demo or our services.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

This website's content, logo, design, demo and any other assets belong to FlowStar LLC or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission.

Either of us can end the optional monthly plan with 30 days' written notice. How a project can end is set out in your proposal. You pay for work done up to the end date, and we hand over what you own.

Florida law applies to these terms. If we disagree, we'll first try mediation in Miami-Dade County, Florida. If that doesn't work, the dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Changes don't alter a proposal or agreement you've already signed.
